Meet Your Coach

I love living in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and our kiddos! My passion is helping women who want to lose weight do so all while eating their favorite foods. Why am I so passionate about teaching women all about balance? Because I have seen and experienced the ugly side of the fitness industry and I want to be a beacon of light in a dark space. I want to be a safe coach; one who gets to know you, your struggles, your goals, and someone who truly cares about your overall health and not just a number on the scale or a number in the bank account.

My Transformation

I would love to share a little bit about my journey. I grew up in a household where exercise was a punishment and if you ate a “treat” then you had to “work it off.” I hated it. So, once I got married and moved out of my parents’ house, I decided to seek out other options. I tried an assortment of fad diets and a bunch of different forms of exercise, but nothing I tried was sustainable or realistic long term. Until I began lifting weights and counting macros. For the past 5 years, I have gone from a newbie in the weight section to a certified personal trainer. I went from under eating and binging to fueling my body properly and understanding how each macronutrient serves a purpose. I have lifted weights through 2 pregnancies and loved myself through 2 postpartum weight loss transformations, and now, I just want to be a part of your transformation! I can promise you that I don’t do “one size fits all.” I customize every aspect of your consultation to celebrate and support your uniqueness.
