When I had my third babe in 3 years, I knew that I needed to set new expectations from myself in order to be successful postpartum. If I tried to do too much all at once, I knew it wouldn’t be sustainable. So, I began implementing small changes that I could maintain long term in order to form habits and I was able to yield the results I wanted over time! I lost 55 lbs in 9 months!! And you know what?? High Protein & Macro-friendly Meal Prep Do you ha High Protein & Macro-friendly Meal Prep Do you have 15 minutes?? 🤔 I think you do!! 🤗 Here is how I prep my ground turkey teriyaki meat & my ground turkey taco meat suuuuuper FAST and EFFICIENTLY! Meal ideas from these protein sources: • Hard/soft tacos • Taco bowl • Burrito • Crunchwrap • Taco Salad • Taquitos/flautas • Tostada • Nachos • Teriyaki rice bowl • Lettuce cups • Asian salad • Stir-Fry (add more veggies/noodles) • Crispy summer roll • Asian nachos You can also do a similar approach with beef or chicken!Now, don’t ya tell me that you don’t know what to make for lunch or dinner this week to stay on track!! 😜 Any of these meal ideas using the meal prep will keep you satiated and fueled for hours. You’ve got this! 👏🏻
Weight loss is one thing, but what I REALLY love i Weight loss is one thing, but what I REALLY love is seeing busy moms completely transform their lives by setting realistic goals and building lifelong habits!
