I have been obsessing with fruit on my salads, so recently I’ve swapped the cuties out for grapes, blueberries, strawberries, pear, & apples. You could swap the almonds for any nut or seed. You can do any protein of your choice such as deli turkey or grilled chicken or salmon or even tuna! You could use any type of dressing you like as well to pair with the other ingredients you choose. Lastly, if you aren’t a fruit in salad type person, leave it out! You could add other veggies or nothing else at all. Make it your own and let me know how it goes 👏🏻

I have not “bounced back,” I’ve stayed consistent for months with my recovery, food intake, and strength training routine. There is no magic pill, miracle diet or exercise, and no “quick fix” solution. If you want to see change, you need to commit to realistic goals, create sustainable habits, and just keep going!

I like things to be quick and easy to put together while still being satisfying and filling. What I’ll typically do is pair this sandwich with some sort of vegetable (usually steam-in-bag for convenience) or a big salad or if I have them around @questnutrition chips!
