You don’t have to finish what is on your plate. You don’t have to finish what is on your plate. You can listen to your hunger cues, you can eat what you enjoy rather than forcing yourself to eat something you don’t find appetizing. So, we shouldn’t expect anything different from our little ones.

Keep offering foods to your kids without expectation of them loving it or eating every single bite. Teach them that they get to decide what is best for them just like you do!
